Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT professionals for Contract, W2, C2C, and Full-Time positions
Work on Direct Client and Implementation Partner requirements
Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean Search
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical and client requirements
Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants
Negotiate compensation and maintain strong candidate relationships
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
Strong understanding of

- C2C
- Full-Time Hiring
- US Tax Terms
- US Work Authorization
Hands-on experience with:
- Dice
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Monster
- CareerBuilder
- Indeed
- Boolean Search
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Direct Clients and Tier-1 Vendors
Proven placement record in US Staffing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
