- Workforce & Safety Management
- Manage site personnel, delegate daily workloads, and track worker attendance and overall productivity.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols across the site to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.
- Conduct regular tool-box talks to remind workers of safety rules and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor site operations against project schedules to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare daily supervisor logs and update project managers on progress, roadblocks, or technical issues.
- Maintain exact site records regarding labor hours, incidents, and daily activity logs.
