Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle international voice calls from UK customers with excellent customer service skills.

- Provide prompt resolutions to customer queries and concerns through effective communication.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet performance metrics.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and process guidelines to ensure efficient handling of complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in International Voice Process or similar industry (Inbound).

- Excellent English language proficiency for transparent communication with customers.

- Strong problem-solving skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.

- Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
