ABOUT PRAAN HEALTH

Praan Health is a specialised pain and rehabilitation clinic in Koramangala, Bengaluru. Patients come to us with knee pain, back pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica and post-surgery recovery — problems that have usually been dragging on for months. Most of them find us through an ad, fill a form, and then wait for a call. That call is your job.

WHY THIS ROLE

- No cold calling. Every number you dial is someone who has already enquired and raised their hand.
- Uncapped incentives, paid per consultation booked and per patient who starts treatment.
- Kannada is an asset. Roughly half your calls will be in Kannada — here, that earns you money.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Call inbound leads only — people who have already enquired about treatment.
- Understand the patient's pain problem, listen properly, and explain how Praan can help.
- Book them for a consultation at the clinic — and make sure they actually turn up.
- Chase leads who didn't pick up, said "later", or no-showed. Persistence is most of the job.
- Keep clean notes on every lead in the CRM so nothing slips through.




- Feed back what you hear on calls to the marketing team so we run better ads.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent in Kannada and English. You'll switch between both all day, sometimes mid-sentence.
- Phone sales experience is enough — insurance, edtech, loans, real estate, anything. No healthcare background needed.
- Patient and warm with people in pain. Not a script-reader.
- Based in Bengaluru and able to work from Koramangala daily.
- Genuinely money-motivated. You check your incentive numbers every week and push to beat them.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and a CRM.

NICE TO HAVE Hindi or Tamil | 1–3 years of tele-sales experience | prior clinic, diagnostics or healthcare experience

- Calls per day: 80–100

You'll see your own numbers every week. So will everyone else.
