Duties &

- Responsibilities

- Release of schedule -Weekly /Monthly

- Daily Summary report on inventory (Sub Contract /In-house)

- GRN approval &
- Coordination with Finance

- Issue R M Annexure

- Rise Debit/Credit notes

- Reconciliation-Monthly(Materials/Rejection/Scrap)

- Critical Parts-Alert &

- Communication/Action plan

- Monthly Stock report

- Maintain optimum inventory standards and managing inventory within the norms

- Monitor daily delivery performance of the supplier and sub contractors

- Issue and receipt of Raw Materials, Components &

- Consumables.

- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation with SAP Stock

- Maintains inventory /Preserve/Raw Material/Child parts.

- Prepare Goods receipt/Inspection Report.

- Prepare scrap register

Preferred Qualification &

- Education

- Bachelors degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering, A minimum of 8 to 12 Years Stores/Material related experience or have demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above mentioned tasks.
- Excellent computer (MS office) skills, exposure to Materials SAP/ERP exceptional problem solving abilities and valuable organizational skills Role & responsibilities
