Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Vendor Onboarding & Operations Executive to drive our vendor acquisition process for the Mandap.com platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field visits to meet mandap/hall owners, explain the benefits of our application, onboard them, and subsequently track their app engagement and usage from the office to ensure active participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Visits & Outreach: Travel locally to visit mandap owners, banquet hall managers, and wedding venue partners daily.
- Pitching & Onboarding: Demonstrate the Mandap.com application, explain its features, benefits, and how it helps grow their business, and successfully register/onboard them onto the platform.
- Relationship Management: Build a good rapport with venue owners, clear their doubts, and provide basic training on how to use the app effectively.
- App Engagement Tracking (Office Work): Monitor vendor activity post-onboarding from the office to check whether they are regularly using the application, updating availability, and responding to leads.
- Follow-ups & Support:



Reach out via calls or follow-up visits to inactive or low-engagement vendors to resolve any technical or operational hurdles they face.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of field visits, new sign-ups, engagement metrics, and share progress reports with the management team.

Key Requirements & Skills:

- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (Diploma or equivalent can also apply).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, vendor onboarding, or customer-facing operations. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!
- Transportation: Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis (Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic smartphone proficiency and working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.

- Soft Skills:
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good fluency in local language / English (Tamil/English preferred).
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
