Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving inside sales, making cold calls, generating qualified leads, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)

Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls daily to potential clients to introduce our services/products and generate interest.

Inside Sales & Pitching: Understand customer requirements, deliver convincing product pitches, and drive the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.

Lead Management: Maintain and update daily call reports, client logs, and follow-up schedules using MS Excel.

Business Development: Identify potential market opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

Follow-ups & Reporting:



Perform regular follow-ups with warm leads and report sales metrics to the team lead on a daily/weekly basis.

Preferred candidate profile

- Female candidates only.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Odia (written & spoken).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and computers. - Strong communication, active listening and convincing skills.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales or customer support.
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
