Role & responsibilities

- Good knowledge of food and beverage service
- Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide attentive table service
- Serve food and beverages professionally and maintain proper presentation
- Handle customer queries, requests, and feedback courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
- Ensure accurate order coordination with the kitchen and billing counter
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting during service
- Support daily caf operations during busy hours and maintain service efficiency
- Follow proper hygiene, service standards, and caf discipline
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team

Preferred candidate profile 1-2 years of relevant waiter / caf service experience

Able to handel critical situations.
