Role Description This is a full-time remote Volunteer role focused on supporting the development, improvement, and outreach of the quipe platform. Day-to-day tasks may include researching and documenting user needs, testing new features, and providing clear feedback to help refine the user experience.

Volunteers may assist with content creation, organizing information about services offered in the platform, and responding to user questions or community inquiries. The role can also involve collaborating with the team on simple operational tasks,



helping coordinate online activities, and sharing ideas to enhance accessibility and usability. All work is performed remotely, with versatile collaboration across time zones and communication channels.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct basic online research, organize information clearly, and summarize findings for the team.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting short explanations, user guides, or updates about platform features.
- Comfort with using web and mobile applications, navigating digital tools, and testing new interfaces.
- Collaborative mindset, reliability in meeting agreed commitments, and openness to feedback in a remote environment.
