- Maintain updated talent databases and performance sheets.

- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals between brands and talent.

- Ensure smooth execution from brief to live content.

- Brand Alignment

- Review content drafts to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

- Support influencers with clarifications on campaign expectations and deliverables.

- Help maintain consistency in talent positioning and communication.

Performance

- Reporting





- Monitor campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions.

- Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.

- Identify optimization opportunities for future campaigns.

- Assist in reviewing influencer agreements for accuracy and clarity.

- Support documentation and compliance processes.

Intelligence

- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

- Share insights to improve influencer strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid communication and coordination skills

- Understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems

- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

- Interest in influencer marketing, PR, and talent management

- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools preferred
