Role Description This is a full-time in office Volunteer role based in Mumbai. The Volunteer will support various teams with administrative and project-related tasks, such as organizing documents, coordinating meetings, and assisting with data entry and basic research.

The role may involve supporting community outreach initiatives, internal events, and corporate social responsibility activities.



The Volunteer will collaborate with team members across departments, follow established processes, and help ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. This position is designed to provide exposure to a professional services environment, while contributing to initiatives aligned with BDO India’s purpose-driven culture.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with teams and preparing basic documentation.
- Comfort with using standard office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build positive working relationships.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and following instructions.
- Interest in professional services, corporate social responsibility, or community-focused initiatives.
- Relevant academic background or ongoing studies in Commerce, Business, Management, Social Work, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in a corporate or non-profit environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
