Role Summary The VMC FP&A; Executive will support the BU FP&A; VMC Team Lead in analyzing and reporting Variable Manufacturing Cost (VMC) across different dimensions such as BU, region, country, legal entity, site, customer and material.

The role involves FP&A;, manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, reconciliations and business partnering. The candidate will work closely with FP&A;, R2R, Costing, IBP, ISC and Commercial teams

Experience

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A; / Cost Accounting / Manufacturing Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is important.
- GBS/GCC/Shared Services/COE experience is preferred.
- MNC experience is preferred.

The person will support the FP&A; team in tracking and analyzing Variable Manufacturing Costs (VMC) and provide financial insights to the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support budgeting and forecasting activities and maintain financial data.
- Prepare cost, trend and variance reports against Budget, Forecast and Previous Year.
- Analyze manufacturing cost variances and identify key drivers/root causes.
- Support Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis and VMC reporting.
- Prepare and consolidate financial data for management reporting.
- Perform reconciliations and data-quality checks across SAP, HFM, CFIN and other finance systems.
- Work on product costing, material ledger and process-order settlement activities.
- Coordinate with FP&A;, R2R, Costing, IBP, ISC and Commercial teams to resolve data/issues and drive actions.
- Maintain dashboards/reports and support Power BI / Excel-based analysis.
- Identify process gaps and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely and aligned with finance controls and accounting guidelines.
