Role Description This is a full time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in the Mohali district.

The Visa

Consultant will guide clients through visa and immigration processes, including assessing eligibility, explaining requirements, and preparing documentation.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, collecting and verifying client information, completing and reviewing application forms, and tracking application status. The role also involves staying updated on current visa and immigration regulations, coordinating with internal teams or external agencies as required, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Visas and Immigration, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant immigration issues and regulations.




- Consulting and client advisory skills to conduct structured consultations and provide tailored immigration guidance.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Attention to detail in reviewing documentation and completing applications, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Prior experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, collaborate with team members, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Relevant academic background in law, international relations, business, or a related field is an advantage.
