Job Summary

We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Vigilance Executive to monitor CCTV surveillance, identify unusual or suspicious activities, ensure compliance with security procedures, and promptly report incidents. The candidate should have strong observation skills,

good communication abilities, and the discipline to follow established SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across multiple locations/screens.
- Identify and report suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities.
- Maintain continuous vigilance and ensure proper monitoring of assigned areas.
- Escalate incidents promptly to the concerned reporting manager or relevant team.
- Prepare and maintain incident reports, observation reports, and daily monitoring records.
- Review and track CCTV footage whenever required for incident verification.
- Ensure adherence to vigilance, security, and operational SOPs.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive information.
- Monitor compliance with workplace discipline and security protocols.




- Coordinate with relevant teams during incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel, email, and other basic computer applications.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by business operations.
- Perform any other vigilance-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Positive CCTV monitoring and surveillance skills.
- Ability to identify suspicious or unusual activities.
- Basic understanding of security and vigilance procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications.
- Ability to monitor multiple screens/locations simultaneously.
- Quick escalation and decision-making ability.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discipline.
- Ability to follow SOPs consistently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
