We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our Content & Media / Creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in professional video production, camera operation, lighting, audio recording and visual storytelling, with a strong understanding of social-media content formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional content and brand communication.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones and other production equipment.
- Shoot Reels, short-form content, promotional videos, interviews, educational content, events and brand films.
- Set up appropriate lighting, framing, camera angles and compositions according to creative requirements.
- Work closely with the Creative Head, content team, presenters and other team members during production.
- Ensure high-quality video and audio recording across different shooting environments.
- Organise and maintain raw footage and project files systematically.
- Coordinate with video editors during post-production and provide necessary footage and production inputs.
- Contribute creative ideas during pre-production and experiment with relevant shooting techniques and visual styles.
- Handle production equipment responsibly and stay updated with emerging videography and digital-content trends.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant videography/video-production experience. Experience in creative agencies, advertising, digital marketing, media production, content creation or branding is preferred.

A portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant videography work is mandatory. Immediate joiners are preferred.

What We're Looking For A strong visual storyteller with a creative eye, attention to composition, understanding of social-media content, good communication and coordination skills, adaptability to different shooting environments, and the ability to take ownership of assigned projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
