TG Multimedia is a multimedia and digital content company based in Faridabad, Haryana. We provide video production, social media content, promotional videos and creative media services to schools, businesses, brands and other organisations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Videographer and Video Editor to join our team in Faridabad. The role combines video production and post-production responsibilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for recording and editing video content for TG Multimedia and its client projects.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of camera operation, video shooting, video editing and basic post-production. The candidate should be able to understand a creative brief, plan the required shots and deliver edited videos within the assigned timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and record video footage for social media, promotional, corporate, educational and event projects.
- Operate cameras and other video production equipment during shoots.
- Set up and use appropriate camera settings, lenses, framing and composition according to the project requirements.
- Handle basic lighting and audio setup during video shoots.
- Capture stable, well-composed and technically suitable footage.
- Review recorded footage and select suitable clips for editing.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and client projects.
- Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, corporate videos, school videos and event videos.
- Perform video cutting, sequencing, transitions and audio synchronization.
- Add titles, captions, subtitles and other required visual elements.
- Apply basic colour correction and maintain consistent visual quality.
- Add appropriate music, sound effects and other audio elements when required.
- Prepare videos in vertical, square and landscape formats according to project requirements.
- Follow the creative brief and project instructions provided by the internal team or client.
- Make revisions based on reasonable feedback.
- Organise and maintain video footage,



project files and media assets.
- Complete assigned shoots and editing projects within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with the creative and production team throughout the project.
- Maintain qualified standards for both recorded footage and final video output.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in videography and video editing is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of camera operation and video shooting.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video editing software.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction and audio editing.
- Understanding of framing, composition, lighting and camera movement.
- Ability to work with different types of video footage.
- Ability to edit content for social media platforms.
- Good understanding of video storytelling and pacing.
- Ability to follow creative briefs and project requirements.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage assigned projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras is preferred.
- Experience with professional lighting and audio equipment is an advantage.
- Experience creating social media reels and short-form content will be an advantage.
- Experience working on corporate, school, promotional or event video projects will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits Salary will be based on relevant experience, technical skills and portfolio.
