Role Overview

As a videographer at DESENO, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content for brands, digital campaigns, social media, corporate projects, and promotional activities. You will collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver visually engaging content aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for social media, advertisements, corporate videos, product campaigns, and promotional content.
- Operate qualified cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilisers, and audio equipment.
- Manage camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, and audio to ensure high-quality footage.
- Collaborate with creative directors, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Assist in developing shot lists, storyboards, and visual concepts for video production.
- Capture product, lifestyle, commercial, event, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Coordinate and execute indoor, outdoor, studio, and on-location shoots.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and organisation of production equipment.
- Organise, back up, and transfer raw footage to the editing team.




- Maintain consistency in visual quality, brand identity, and creative standards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned shoots and production deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging videography techniques, equipment, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in filmmaking, cinematography, mass communication, media production, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in videography or video production.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR, mirrorless, and professional video cameras.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, composition, and camera movements.
- Knowledge of camera settings, including ISO, aperture, shutter speed, frame rates, and colour profiles.
- Experience using gimbals, tripods, microphones, and professional lighting equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for client shoots and work on location as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or production house.
- Experience in commercial, product, corporate,



and social media videography.
- Knowledge of colour grading and post-production workflows.
- Experience with drone videography and photography.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and execute shoots independently.
