Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Video KYC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to interact with customers effectively over video calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Video KYC for customers in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Verify customer information and required documents accurately during video interactions.

- Ensure a smooth, qualified, and customer-friendly KYC experience.

- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling customer information.

- Identify suitable opportunities for cross-selling relevant products and services.

- Achieve assigned KYC and cross-selling targets.

- Resolve basic customer queries and guide customers through the KYC process.

- Follow all applicable company processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.





- Freshers are eligible to apply.

- Maximum age: 30 years.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

- Comfortable interacting with customers through video calls.

- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms.

- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

- Willingness to work towards assigned performance and cross-selling targets.
