We are looking for a Video Editor & Reels Creator Intern who can transform ideas, raw footage, and concepts into engaging short-form content that represents Cambedor professionally across social platforms.

About the Role

As a Video Editor & Reels Creator Intern, you will work closely with the content and growth team to create short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and other visual content for Cambedor.

This is a hands-on role where you will get the opportunity to work on real content projects, experiment with creative formats, and contribute directly to Cambedor’s digital presence.

Responsibilities

Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and other short-form content

Edit raw footage, screen recordings, promotional clips, interviews, announcements, and social media content

Create strong hooks and maintain attention through effective pacing, transitions, captions, visuals, and sound

Add subtitles, motion graphics, visual effects, music, sound effects, and other creative elements when appropriate

Repurpose existing content into multiple short-form formats

Collaborate with the content, marketing, and growth team on video concepts and campaigns

Understand brand requirements and maintain consistency across Cambedor’s visual content

Research current short-form video formats, editing styles, and content trends

Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept to final export

Suggest new creative ideas that can improve engagement and content quality

Requirements





Strong interest in video editing and short-form content creation

Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, visual composition, captions, and audience retention

Experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, VN, or similar software

Ability to independently convert a concept or brief into a finished video

Creative thinking and robust attention to detail

Ability to receive feedback and improve work quickly

Good communication and collaboration skills

Previous editing work, Reels, Shorts, or a portfolio is preferred

Important Details

This is an unpaid internship opportunity.

The internship is remote and can be undertaken from anywhere in India.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

The selected intern will be expected to maintain professional communication, meet deadlines, and deliver assigned work consistently.

Portfolio or previous video-editing work should be included with the application wherever possible.
