Role Description The Video Editor SMM role at TalesByDora is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The team member will edit and produce engaging video content for social media platforms, including short-form travel reels, promotional clips, and storytelling videos that align with the brand’s voice.

Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, adding effects, music, and captions, optimizing formats for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and collaborating with the marketing team on content calendars. The role also involves managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and refining content based on audience engagement and trends.

Editor SMM will work closely with the creative and travel teams to ensure all visual content supports campaign goals and enhances the overall brand presence.

Qualifications





- Solid video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar), with experience in color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Social media management experience, including planning content, scheduling posts, and optimizing formats for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Ability to develop visual storytelling concepts that highlight destinations, itineraries, and travel experiences in a compelling, brand-aligned way.
- Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails, social media graphics, and simple animations using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret data and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams in Ghaziabad.
- Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle content creation is an advantage, as is a demonstrated interest in global cultures and destinations.
- Relevant education or training in media, film, communications, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by a strong portfolio.
