Video is a major part of the work we do — from short-form social content and doctor-led educational videos to brand films, campaigns, interviews, and motion-led storytelling.

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can turn raw footage and ideas into polished, engaging visual stories.

What You'll Do

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, interviews, corporate videos, brand films, and social media content .
- Transform raw footage into engaging stories with strong pacing, structure, transitions, music, and sound design.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, infographics, icons, titles, lower thirds, logo animations, and visual explainers .
- Use After Effects to create custom animations rather than relying entirely on templates.
- Work with green-screen footage, masking, tracking, compositing, and basic VFX when required.
- Perform basic colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup, and sound mixing.
- Create engaging visual hooks and editing patterns suited for short-form content.
- Understand scripts and concepts and suggest creative ways to visually communicate them.
- Work closely with our content, design, shoot, and marketing teams from concept to final output.
- Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios, particularly 9:16,



1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 .
- Organize project files, footage, audio, graphics, and other production assets efficiently.
- Explore and use AI-powered video and creative tools where they can improve the quality or efficiency of production.

Skills We're Looking For

Video Editing

- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, cuts, transitions, music, and sound design
- Ability to work with multi-camera footage, interviews, B-roll, and voiceovers
- Understanding of colour correction and basic colour grading

Motion Graphics

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Typography and text animation
- 2D motion graphics and infographic animation
- Logo animation and title sequences
- Masking, tracking, keying and compositing
- Ability to create clean, modern motion graphics from scratch

Creative Skills

- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and colour
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into engaging visual communication
- Awareness of current video, social media, and motion-design trends

Software

Strong proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects





Working knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Audition / audio editing tools

Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Cinema 4D or similar tools is an added advantage.

Familiarity with emerging AI video, image, voice, and creative-production tools will be valued.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is more than just a software operator .

You should have an eye for storytelling — knowing where to cut, when to hold a shot, where motion can improve communication, and when simplicity works better than adding another effect.

You should be comfortable moving between a fast-paced Instagram Reel, an educational healthcare video, a corporate film, and a polished motion-graphics sequence.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, dependable, willing to experiment, and constantly improving their craft.
