Phoenix Marketing is looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video editing, graphic design, social media content creation, and visual storytelling.

You will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, branding, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
2. Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
3. Design creative graphics for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
4. Develop visually appealing concepts based on marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, music, sound effects, and other elements to videos.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop fresh content ideas. Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.

6. Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative content. Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and creative formats.

Required Skills 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.





Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator or equivalent tools.

Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, social media creatives, and advertisements.

Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.

Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into high-quality content.

Strong attention to detail and sense of creativity.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Good time-management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

Experience with AI creative tools is an added advantage.

Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.

Photography/videography skills will be an advantage.
