About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly creative Video Editor with an experience in Motion Graphics who can take content from raw footage to polished, engaging final videos.

This role involves working across short-form and long-form content , with a strong focus on motion graphics, visual storytelling, pacing and overall content quality . You should be comfortable working independently, bringing creative ideas to the table and adapting your editing style across different formats and platforms.

What You’ll Do:

- Edit short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
- Edit long-form content , including podcasts, interviews, YouTube videos and other branded content.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, titles and visual effects .
- Turn raw footage into content that is visually engaging, well-paced and platform-appropriate.
- Work with footage from podcasts, interviews, social content, events and other shoots.
- Understand the requirements of different platforms and adapt videos accordingly.




- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual styles.
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual language and overall production quality.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience in video editing and motion graphics .
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition and sound design .
- Solid proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and/or Illustrator .
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both editing and motion graphics work .
- Someone who can independently take a project from raw footage to final delivery.
- Someone who is comfortable working across both short-form and long-form content .
- Strong creative instincts and an eye for detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and also contribute your own creative ideas.
- Good time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
