My client is a leading global shipping company specialising in the commercial and operational management of vessels, with a strong presence in the tanker sector, and they are currently looking for a Vessel Operations Analyst to join their team and support the smooth and efficient execution of tanker voyages.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day tanker vessel operations and voyage execution.

- Coordinate with Masters, Charterers, Brokers, Agents and Terminals.

- Monitor ETA/ETD, port operations, loading/discharging and voyage progress.

- Ensure compliance with charter-party requirements and voyage instructions.

- Handle operational issues, delays, deviations and follow-ups.

- Coordinate voyage documentation, bunkering, port requirements and operational expenses.





- Support demurrage, off-hire and operational claims.

- Prepare vessel/voyage reports and maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in tanker vessel operations.

- Robust understanding of tanker, port and voyage operations.

- Experience coordinating with Masters, Charterers, Brokers and Agents.

- Knowledge of charter-party terms, demurrage and off-hire preferred.

- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
