1. Chillers & Cooling Towers
2. Air Compressors
3. HVAC Systems
4. DI Water & RO Plants
5. Vacuum Pumps
6. Nitrogen & Process Gas Systems
7. DG Sets & UPS
8. ETP/STP and Fire Protection Systems
Plan and execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance. Improve MTBF, MTTR and Utility Availability.
Lead utility commissioning, plant expansion and reliability improvement projects.
Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Drive TPM, RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards and ISO systems.
Lead maintenance teams, contractors and vendor management.
Manage utility maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
