Role Description The User Experience Designer will work on-site in Coimbatore in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and industry specialists to design intuitive, AI-enabled software experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, translating business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and iterating designs based on feedback and usability testing. The role involves creating visually coherent interfaces that align with brand guidelines, documenting design decisions, and contributing to design systems that support multiple products and platforms.

The User Experience

Designer will also participate in workshops, present design concepts to stakeholders,



and ensure that solutions address real operational problems for clients across various industries.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Design Thinking to solve complex business and user problems, and to facilitate workshops that align teams around user-centric solutions.
- Solid User Research skills, including planning and conducting interviews, surveys, usability tests, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design, including information architecture, interaction design, user flows, and creating cohesive end-to-end journeys.
- Solid Visual Design capabilities, with experience in layout, typography, color, and component-based design for web and mobile interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Prototyping tools to create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, validate concepts, and communicate interactions to cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Jira, Confluence) and basic understanding of front-end capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and present design decisions clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior work on AI-enabled or data-heavy products is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
