The role

We're looking for a UX Designer Intern who thinks AI-first. You'll design real screens that ship to real factories. That covers dashboards, mobile flows for shop-floor workers, and experiences where AI does the heavy lifting so users don't have to. You'll work directly with the founder and product team, so your ideas will shape the product.

What you'll do

You'll design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens in Figma for our product suite. You'll explore AI-native patterns, such as smart suggestions, natural-language search, auto-generated reports and predictive alerts, so users get answers instead of digging through menus. You'll help build and maintain our design system, which is based on Material Design 3.





You'll turn complex factory data into straightforward, clear interfaces. You'll create interactive prototypes and take part in user feedback sessions.

Must have

You must be strong in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants and prototyping. You need a portfolio showing your design process, not just final screens. You should be curious about AI and comfortable designing with and for AI tools.

Nice to have

It helps if you've used AI design tools such as Figma Make, Claude Design in your workflow. Familiarity with Material Design, design systems or B2B/SaaS dashboards is a plus. So is any exposure to manufacturing, operations or enterprise software.

You'll receive a ₹10,000 monthly stipend and can work fully remote with flexible hours. You'll get real ownership of designs used by actual factories, mentorship from the founder, and a certificate and letter of recommendation on completion.
