Ride N Repair is looking for an energetic and confident US Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and assist in converting service inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls with customers in the US market.
- Explain Ride N Repair services and assist customers with their queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets.
- Provide professional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a US/night shift.
- Good convincing, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in US calling, international BPO, telecalling, sales, or customer support will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
