Title: US Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and automation positions across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing candidates through the offer stage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified candidates using JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed other job boards .
- Review resumes and match candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial phone interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Contact candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Manage candidate status updates in JobDiva and maintain accurate recruiting records.
- Prepare candidate submissions and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Negotiate compensation and assist candidates through the offer process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Required Qualifications:

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
- Hands-on experience with JobDiva .
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial roles preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
