Role-

The Recruitment Manager owns hiring for every company in the group and leads the recruiting team from Mohali. You will hire in the US for sales, service, electricians, install crews, dispatch, customer service, design and management, and internationally for call center, sales development and operations roles.

This is a high-volume, high-quality role. During growth periods the team will make 30 to 50 or more hires per week. You run recruiting the way a sales leader runs a sales floor: outbound first, pipeline always full, numbers reviewed daily, and every recruiter held to a scorecard. You will build two lanes a headhunting lane for skilled trades and management, and a pipeline lane for volume roles — and you will own the marketing budget and vendors that feed both.

You will work US Pacific hours because that is when your team, our hiring managers and our candidates are working. You work closely with HR and US leadership.

Responsibilities-

- Own the full recruiting funnel for all US and international positions, from sourcing through start date and early retention.
- Lead, train and hold accountable a team of 3–8 recruiters across headhunting and pipeline lanes.
- Run recruiting as an outbound sales function: outreach targets, candidate dispositions, objection handling and offer close rates, tracked daily.
- Build and maintain the reporting leadership runs on: daily activity, weekly funnel and hiring reports, monthly source and cost reviews.
- Manage the recruiting marketing budget across Indeed, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, Mexico job platforms and Meta Ads, and manage outside vendors and agencies.




- Conduct and lead interviews with US candidates and hiring managers; act as the daily point of contact for US leadership on every open role.
- Put quality assurance in place for the team — call and message audits, script standards, candidate experience — and enforce it.
- Partner with HR on offers, onboarding and compliance so every hire starts clean and on time.

Requirements-

- 5+ years in recruiting, including 2+ years leading a recruiting team.
- Proven high-volume hiring for sales, call center / BPO and field or skilled-trade roles.
- Experience recruiting for US employers from India or another offshore hub, with direct exposure to US hiring managers and candidates.
- Sales-driven. Comfortable with cold outreach and closing candidates, and able to train a team to do it.
- Systems-driven. You have built pipelines, dispositions, scorecards and dashboards in an ATS or CRM and you manage from them.
- Executive-level written and spoken English; confident on camera and on the phone with US leadership.
- Hands-on with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlineJobs.ph, Meta Ads Manager, an ATS, Google Sheets / Excel and AI sourcing tools.
- Energetic, competitive and motivated by building something from the ground up.

Expected Results-

- Every approved position is filled on time, at the required quality bar, month after month.
- Hiring volume scales to 30–50+ hires per week during growth periods without a drop in quality or retention.
- Leadership receives accurate daily and weekly recruiting reports without asking.
- Cost-per-hire holds or falls as volume rises, with budget concentrated in the channels that convert.
- Every recruiter is on a scorecard, reviewed weekly, and performing — or replaced.
- US hiring managers describe the recruiting team as rapid, professional and reliable.

Seven-day operational coverage may be required during scaling periods, based on business needs. Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
