JOB DETAILS

Position: US IT Recruiter IT & Non-IT

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Location: Noida Sector 63 – Near Sector 62 Metro Station

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Cab: One-Way Drop – Office to Home

Experience: 0 Months – 2 Years+

Freshers: Eligible

Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

Interview: Walk-In / Onsite

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, and US client outreach.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with US-based clients.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Handle the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through placement.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain smooth hiring processes.




- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment databases, and daily activity reports.
- Work closely with HR, Sales, Recruitment, and Operations teams to achieve business targets.
