Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic US Recruiter with 6+ months of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across the United States. The candidate should possess robust sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Perform Boolean searches to find qualified candidates.




- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate records and update ATS regularly.
- Meet submission, interview, and placement targets.

Preferred Experience ✅ 6+ months of experience in US Recruitment/US Staffing

✅ Hands-on experience with JobDiva, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed

✅ Strong understanding of candidate sourcing and screening techniques

✅ Knowledge of ATS and recruitment best practices

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
