We support a quick-growing US pet and farm & ranch brand sold through Walmart, Target, Tractor Supply, Rural King and Chewy. We're hiring an experienced operator to keep these retail accounts running day to day.
What you'll do
Monitor and fix EDI documents (850, 856, 810) before they cause chargebacks
Set up and maintain items in retailer portals (Retail Link, Partners Online, Chewy and others)
Coordinate with the 3PL on fulfillment, labeling and routing guide compliance
Track and dispute chargebacks and deductions
Build weekly sell-through reports and flag stockout and overstock risks
What you need
3+ years on US retailer accounts
Hands-on work in at least two retailer portals, ideally Walmart and Target
EDI experience on SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Cleo or similar
Strong Excel (pivots, lookups)
Excellent spoken and written English
Nice to have: CPG, pet or farm & ranch experience.
