We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters with 2–5 years of proven expertise in US recruitment to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through portals, databases, references, and networking.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, domain knowledge, functionality, and qualifications.
- Hands-on experience in US staffing/contract-to-hire recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Negotiate effectively and ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Adapt quickly to current technologies and evolving business environments.
