US IT Recruiter – Fresher / Experienced

We are hiring US IT Recruiters for our Vadodara team. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates with US IT staffing experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and match candidates with US IT job requirements.
- Conduct candidate calls, qualify profiles, and coordinate interviews.
- Understand W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and Green Card work authorization.
- Use Boolean Search, ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and VMS for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and complete timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.

Requirements





- Freshers are welcome; experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and US Staffing.
- Willingness to work US/night shifts.
- Good sourcing, negotiation, follow-up, and time-management skills.
