Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across domains such as cloud, data, security, and application development.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating job postings, building talent pipelines, conducting initial technical and cultural fit assessments, coordinating interview schedules, and facilitating feedback between hiring managers and candidates. The role involves negotiating offers, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, and using ATS and sourcing tools to meet hiring goals. The US IT Recruiter collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify and match candidates for specialized technology roles.




- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proven ability in Hiring processes, working with hiring managers to define requirements and make data-informed selection decisions.
- Familiarity with recruiting for roles in areas such as cloud (AWS, Azure), data (Big Data, Data Science), mobile (Android, iOS), DevOps, and Cyber Security.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and online sourcing tools to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and provide clear feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of US employment practices and familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in hiring.
- Previous experience as a US-based or US-focused IT recruiter is highly beneficial.

Requirements Candidate should have minimum 6+ years of US IT hiring experience

Should have excellent communication skills

Should be open to work in the US shift timings (6pm to 3am IST)

It is a permanent work from home role so one should have a proper WFH setup
