Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to manage bench resources, coordinate with clients, and place candidates at client sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and place bench candidates
- Client interaction and relationship management
- Marketing bench candidates to potential clients
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Contract and rate negotiations
- Job posting and candidate sourcing
- Maintain bench sales database and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for placements





Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 0–2 years experience in Bench Sales / IT Staffing
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of job boards, LinkedIn, and IT technologies
- Ability to work in night shifts
