Role 1 Training

- Conduct induction for every new joiner
- Train the team on pitch, process, follow-up, CRM, and client handling
- Run daily / weekly training and one-on-one coaching
- Make simple modules, scripts, and checklists
- Track who improved after training

Role 2 Quality of the team

- Check quality of calls / work every day
- Score accuracy, tone, process, and follow-up
- Give same-day feedback
- Correct repeat mistakes with re-training
- Share a weekly quality report with scores and action taken

Role 3 Recruitment

- Hire for the team end to end: source, screen, interview, offer, joining
- Take first-round interviews
- Follow up on offers till the person joins
- Report weekly on openings, interviews, and joining dates

Who we want

- 2–6 years experience
- Must have done training
- Calling / lead-gen / operations team experience preferred
- Direct, transparent communication
- Hyderabad | work from office
- Can join immediately or within 15 days
