Job Title: Team Lead Autonomous Vehicles (AV)

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Team Lead with expertise in Autonomous

Vehicles (AV) and strong English communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, interact with clients, and contribute to technical problem-solving,

reporting, and process automation.

Work Mode-Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client communications, daily syncs, and timely updates with clarity and professionalism.
- Lead a team on AV workflows including data labeling, perception, and validation.
- Manage reporting dashboards; automate repetitive reporting and monitoring tasks.
- Provide hands-on support in technical areas like VM setup, Linux commands, and basic scripting.
- Drive quality and process adherence while mentoring team members.

Qualifications:

- 35 years of experience in AV/ADAS workflows, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Robust in reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, basic scripting).
- Good understanding of Linux environments, VMs, and related troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate, and deliver under timelines.
