Operate UMC (Universal Machining Centre) machines efficiently. Understand engineering drawings and machining process sheets. Perform component loading/unloading and proper workpiece positioning. Carry out machine setting, tool change and tool offset correction.
Monitor machining parameters, tool wear and component quality. Use precision measuring instruments for dimensional inspection. Maintain production targets while ensuring quality standards. Identify machining/process issues and coordinate with supervisors.
Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.
Required Skills UMC / CNC machining experience. Machine setting and tool offset knowledge. Engineering drawing reading. Knowledge of machining parameters. Precision measurement skills. Quality and production awareness.
