About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in designing mobile applications and web applications.

The candidate must follow a mobile-first design approach, ensuring that user experiences are intuitive, responsive, accessible, and consistent across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, reusable components, dashboards, data tables, reports, charts, graphs, and data visualization. Experience in logo design and basic branding is also required.

Key Responsibilities

Design mobile apps and web applications using a mobile-first approach.

Create intuitive and user-friendly experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Create interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate user journeys and interactions.

Build and maintain reusable Figma components, variants, styles, and design systems.

Design complex dashboards, admin panels, analytics screens, data tables, reports, and management interfaces.

Create effective visual representations of data using charts, graphs, KPIs, cards, widgets, and other data visualization techniques.

Ensure designs are responsive and adapt effectively across different screen sizes.

Follow a mobile-first approach throughout the design process, rather than simply adapting desktop designs for mobile.

Design intuitive navigation, interactions, forms, filters, search experiences, and other common mobile/web patterns.

Create logos, icons, illustrations, and basic brand identity assets when required.





Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.

Review implemented designs and provide feedback to ensure the final product matches the approved UI/UX.

Improve existing designs based on user feedback, usability findings, and business requirements.

Maintain consistency across products through proper use of design systems and reusable components.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

2 to 3 years of skilled UI/UX design experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Figma.

Proven experience designing both mobile apps and web applications.

Strong understanding and practical experience with a mobile-first design approach.

Experience designing responsive interfaces for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Strong experience in wireframing, user flows, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

Experience creating reusable components, variants, and design systems in Figma.

Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, data tables, reports, and analytics interfaces.

Strong understanding of charts, graphs, KPIs, and data visualization.

Experience with logo design and basic branding.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, information architecture, typography, color, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.





Good understanding of interaction design and common mobile and web UI patterns.

Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience designing SaaS, ERP, CRM, fintech, analytics, or enterprise applications.

Experience working on data-heavy applications and complex workflows.

Experience creating and maintaining a design system from scratch.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus.

Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards is a plus.

We are looking for a designer who can independently take a requirement through the complete design process:

Requirement User Flow Mobile-First Wireframe UI Design Prototype Components/Design System Responsive Web Design Developer Handoff The candidate should be comfortable designing both consumer-facing mobile experiences and complex web-based dashboards/data applications, while maintaining consistency, usability, and visual quality across platforms.

Education A degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong relevant experience and portfolio.
