About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and interface design of our complex web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong UI and UX expertise, product thinking, research acumen, and business analysis skills. As a senior member of the design team, you will take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from understanding user needs to delivering polished interfaces that are both engaging and intuitive. Your ability to independently research, ask insightful questions, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions will be vital to our product development lifecycle.

English communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas clearly, and contribute to a shared vision of user-centric design excellence.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have over six years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, or possess an exceptional portfolio demonstrating equivalent capabilities. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools is required.

A deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, usability, and accessibility is essential.



Candidates should demonstrate excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for color schemes, typography, layout, and visual consistency.

Experience designing complex platforms involving multiple user roles, dashboards, permissions, and workflows is preferred, especially within the EdTech domain. Familiarity with front-end development constraints, usability testing, quality assurance, and creating scalable design systems is also important. Additionally, knowledge of emerging AI technologies and AI-enabled user experiences will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for complex web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences. You will participate in product discussions, gather and interpret business and user requirements, and document key insights clearly.

Applying your business analysis skills, you will understand user roles, workflows, dependencies, and edge cases to inform your design solutions. You will translate ideas into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals. Conducting research such as competitor analysis, UX benchmarking, and industry trend exploration will be a regular part of your work to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

You will proactively suggest enhancements to workflows, usability, and engagement, considering current and future AI capabilities like automation and intelligent workflows.





Creating detailed design specifications and collaborating closely with development teams during implementation will be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries for web and mobile platforms is crucial for consistency and efficiency. You will review developed features for design accuracy, usability, responsiveness, and overall UI/UX quality, ensuring the final product aligns with design standards.

When required, you will produce professional graphic assets such as flyers, banners, website graphics, and presentation materials to support marketing and product communication efforts.
