Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer with strong frontend and full-stack development experience to design, develop, and deliver UI enhancements and user experience improvements for enterprise applications. The role involves ensuring high usability, accessibility, performance, and application stability while collaborating closely with business, UI/UX, backend, architecture, and platform teams. The ideal candidate should have solid frontend expertise along with backend development capabilities and the ability to quickly understand existing applications, leverage project knowledge, and deliver new requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver UI enhancements and user experience improvements for enterprise applications.

- Develop responsive, accessible, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, backend developers, architects, and platform teams. Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into effective technical solutions.

- Contribute to full-stack application development and support backend components where required.

- Analyze existing application architecture and leverage historical project knowledge for faster delivery.

- Quickly assess, onboard, and implement new requirements within existing application frameworks.

- Troubleshoot UI and application issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.

- Maintain application stability, performance, and development continuity.

- Follow established development standards, delivery processes, governance frameworks, and organizational practices.





- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve application usability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.

- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and platform constraints.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in UI/Frontend or Full-Stack development.

- Strong hands-on experience in frontend application development.

- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility, and web performance.

- Experience developing enterprise-scale applications and reusable UI components.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.

- Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development practices.

- Experience with application troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and production support.





- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with React/Angular and TypeScript.

- Experience with Node.js or other backend technologies.

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience working with enterprise digital platforms and large-scale applications.

- Knowledge of web accessibility standards such as WCAG.

- Experience with automated UI testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Experience working with distributed onsite and offshore teams.

- Strong understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and production stability.
