Job Responsibilities

- Operate conventional lathe machines for various machining operations.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, grooving, and other machining activities.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
- Perform fitting, assembly, and finishing work as per drawings and requirements.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges for dimensional inspection.
- Ensure components are manufactured as per required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Select and use appropriate cutting tools and fitting tools.
- Identify and report machining or fitting-related quality issues.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and keep the machine and workplace clean.
- Follow production schedules and achieve assigned production targets.




- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth production.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of tools and machines.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations.
- Basic knowledge of fitting and assembly work.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of machining processes and tolerances.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per day
