We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to manage the company’s day-to-day treasury and banking operations. The role will be responsible for daily fund positioning, bank reconciliation, payment execution, cash flow planning, banking relationships, working capital facilities and bank-related documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash and bank position across all company bank accounts.
- Allocate funds for priority payments and ensure timely availability of funds.
- Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Execute payments through banking portals with proper maker-checker controls.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve unreconciled transactions.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with banks regarding limits, charges, services and facilities.
- Monitor CC/OD limits, term loans, interest and repayment schedules.
- Track loan renewals, sanction terms and banking covenants.
- Prepare and coordinate CMA data, stock statements, book debt statements and other bank submissions.
- Handle Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), Fixed Deposits and other banking instruments.




- Reconcile payment gateway settlements, COD collections and other receipts.
- Handle export-related banking documentation such as FIRC and eBRC, where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Plant and Warehouse for fund and payment requirements.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Banking Operations or Corporate Finance.
- Practical experience in fund management and bank reconciliation.
- Good understanding of CC/OD, working capital, term loans and banking facilities.
- Experience in dealing directly with banks and handling banking documentation.
- Knowledge of CMA data, stock statements, BG/LC and related bank processes will be preferred.
- Good Excel and banking portal knowledge.
- Robust coordination, follow-up and analytical skills.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹6,000,000.00 per year
