Test Repair Centre (TRC) Engineer

Job Overview

Our client is seeking detail-oriented TRC Engineers to join our technical operations team in Delhi and Mumbai . In this role, you will be responsible for component-level troubleshooting, testing, and repairing of electronic Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) and specialized ATM electronic modules. You will also manage bench inventory and maintain daily repair records using MS Office tools.

Experience Level: 1 to 2 Years

Work Location: Delhi / Mumbai

Industry Preference: ATM Hardware Services / Electronics Repair & Maintenance

Primary Responsibilities

- PCBA Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform component-level diagnosis, soldering, de-soldering, testing, and micro-repair of electronic PCBAs to restore operational functionality.
- ATM Module Service: Inspect, diagnose, and repair specialized ATM electronic sub-assemblies (card readers, dispenses, power supply units, controller boards, and sensors).
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Test repaired modules against operational standards using diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) before certifying them for field deployment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate bench stock logs, monitor spare parts usage,



track incoming defective components, and ensure timely dispatch of repaired modules.
- Documentation & Reporting: Log daily repair activity, turn-around times (TAT), component consumption, and yield rates using MS Excel and MS Word.

Core Skills & Technical Knowledge

- Hands-on experience in PCBA service, soldering/de-soldering, and electronic troubleshooting .
- Direct working knowledge of ATM electronic modules and hardware repair .
- Previous experience working in a TRC (Test Repair Centre) workplace within the ATM, kiosk, or POS hardware industry.
- Familiarity with electronic testing tools and circuit schematic reading.

Administrative & Tool Proficiency

- Practical knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, inventory tracking) and MS Word (service reports, maintenance logs).
- Good organizational skills to handle incoming/outgoing component inventory efficiently.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) , Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) , or equivalent technical trade qualification.
