GEPSI Immigration Services is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team at our Satellite, Ahmedabad office.

Travel Consultant – Full Time

Location: GEPSI Immigration Services, Satellite, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating complete domestic and international travel packages, including:

- Design and prepare customized domestic and international tour packages based on client requirements and budgets.
- Search, compare and book international and domestic air tickets and provide suitable flight options.
- Make hotel/accommodation bookings based on destination, budget and client preferences.
- Arrange airport transfers, private taxis, car rentals and other ground transportation.
- Prepare complete day-wise itineraries, including sightseeing, activities, transportation and accommodation.
- Coordinate meal plans, restaurant arrangements and food inclusions wherever required.
- Research destinations, attractions, tours, excursions and local activities to create attractive travel packages.
- Obtain and compare quotations from airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel suppliers.
- Prepare accurate package quotations, invoices and payment schedules for clients.
- Negotiate with suppliers and identify cost-effective options while maintaining service quality.
- Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations and refunds.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers before, during and after travel to ensure smooth arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client information, payments and travel documents.
- Provide timely assistance to clients in case of flight changes, hotel issues, transportation problems or other travel-related concerns.
- Stay updated on airfares, hotel rates, destinations, travel trends and supplier offerings.




- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the internal immigration and education teams wherever travel arrangements are connected with visa, study or immigration services.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed accurately and delivered according to the client's itinerary.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who:

- Has 2+ years of experience in travel consultancy, tour operations or a similar role.
- Has strong knowledge of air ticketing, hotel bookings and tour package preparation.
- Has experience handling international travel arrangements.
- Has excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Can independently prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Has valuable negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Is comfortable working with travel portals, booking systems and online supplier platforms.
- Has good computer skills, including MS Office/Excel and email communication.
- Can work under deadlines and handle last-minute changes professionally.
- Has a sales-oriented approach and the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
