Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Motor Rewinding Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training to students in electrical motor rewinding, repair, testing, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on training in single-phase and three-phase motor AC DC rewinding & Controller repairing
- Teach motor construction, components, working principles, and winding techniques.
- Train students in dismantling and assembling electrical motors.
- Teach coil winding, coil insertion, insulation, varnishing, and connection procedures.
- Explain winding diagrams, coil pitch, turns, wire gauge, and winding calculations.
- Train students in identifying and repairing motor winding faults.
- Provide practical training on motor testing using a multimeter, megger, clamp meter, and other testing equipment.
- Teach fault diagnosis for short circuit, earth fault, open winding, and overheating problems.
- Train students in motor maintenance and safe working practices.
- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Maintain training tools,



equipment, and workshop safety standards.
- Mobilization

Qualification & Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 6 moth –5 years of practical experience in motor rewinding and electrical motor repair.
- Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase motors.
- Good understanding of winding calculations and winding diagrams.
- Practical knowledge of motor testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Valuable communication and teaching skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience as a Motor Rewinding Technician, Electrical Technician, or Technical Trainer.
- Experience in repairing and rewinding different types of motors will be an added advantage.

Salary - 20000 to 25000 Negotiable based on experience and technical skills
