What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

Designing and implementing engaging training programs

Managing onboarding & employee development initiatives

Creating and managing training content

Managing training vendors, budgets & resources

Tracking training effectiveness, performance & ROI

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or related field

3–5+ years of experience in Training / L&D; / Instructional Design

Knowledge of LMS & HRIS tools

Solid communication, leadership & program management skills

- L&D; certifications will be an added advantage

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
