The Training Content Specialist will partner closely with Trainers, SMEs, and Operations to translate business knowledge into visually engaging, interactive, and reusable learning assets.

The Training Content Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital learning content that enhances employee learning experiences across onboarding, process training, refresher training, and continuous learning initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Requires a bachelors degree in any stream.
- 1-4 years of previous experience writing in a technology industry or in electronic distribution.
- Written web content creation and multimedia tools experience are highly desirable.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of interactive e-learning modules, be extremely inquisitive, and be a quick learner.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Researching, designing, and implementing new material and modules for both online training and instructor-led training.
- Working with multimedia tools to create audio/visual training content.
- Maintaining and updating existing training material, adapting to changing requirements.
- Delivery of digital training content to the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Providing support and recommendations to the Training Managers.

Digital Learning Development

- Develop learning videos and animated explainers.
- Create interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 or similar tools.




- Design digital learning journeys for onboarding and continuous learning.
- Build and maintain reusable digital learning assets.

Learning Content Design

- Design professional training presentations.
- Create infographics, process flow diagrams, and visual job aids.
- Develop knowledge assessments and interactive quizzes.
- Standardize learning templates and branding.

Gamification

- Design badges, leaderboards, certificates, and recognition assets.
- Develop gamified learning activities and campaigns.
- Support implementation and continuous enhancement of the learning gamification framework.

Learning Technology

- Maintain learning content within the LMS.
- Explore and leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve content development efficiency.
- Evaluate current technologies and best practices in digital learning.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with Trainers, SMEs, and Operations to gather learning requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into learner-friendly content.
- Ensure all learning assets remain current and aligned with process changes.
